Channelling my inner 70s today

Vintage 70s long leather coat with fur trim, black polo neck jumper and floppy hat. Just give me a Rolling Stone.

Make a Statement

I got this trench coat a couple of years ago, yet I feel it is as up to date as ever. The trench/mac style never really leaves to be honest, and the leopard print makes this item into a striking statement piece that can be dressed up or down.

I paired it today with my black turban and a patent waist belt for an effortlessly cool look.

Lost Cause

70s pendant featuring St Jude.

Vintage Jaeger

I wore this lovely, black beret-esque hat today. An adorable find that I picked up at a vintage fair.

It made me feel like sitting, glass of fine red wine in hand, discussing all things intellectual. I did, in the end, wear it to a lecture about Italian and Netherlandish Renaissance Art, but unfortunately, there was no red wine.

Midnight Blue

Today I wore this amazing midnight blue faux fur coat from french Connection, a black velvet dress and shiny brogues.

I love how the two different textures of the fur and the velvet go together. Warm, yet glam winter attire.

Naughty Girl

Well, haven’t I just been terrible? Neglecting my blog in such an appalling manner :(

I have been extremely busy working on formulating my new business concept, as well as my university work. I will be back on form as of… now, and once again be harassing you with photographs of my day to day outfit choices.

Be sure to check back!!
